It is two miles from the Gulf of Mexico and 30 miles north of Tampa and Clearwater with plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, supermarkets and cinemas nearby.

You can relax on the large secluded south facing pool deck with a glass of wine or just work on your tan.

Tampa airport is about a 40 minute drive and Orlando airport 2 hours.

Avalon Villa, a relaxing 4/5 bedroom ''Home from Home''.Our villa is located in the tranquil setting of Rotonda West on Florida's Gulf Coast. An open plan living area has tiled floors and is spacious and bright with large sliding doors leading to the Lanai and pool. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. All bedrooms are carpeted, the master rooms having TVand ensuite bathrooms with spa baths. The trwin rooms share a bathroom and the Den/5th bedroom has TV and use of the poolside shower room. The equipment and furnishing is of a high standard and this extends to the outdoor areas with gas BBQ and spa completing your enjoyment. An air hockey table and dart board are also available.

Cherwell Manor is a family owned villa located on a peaceful, immaculately maintained community not far from the white sandy beaches of Siesta Keys. A spacious three bedroom, air-conditioned villa with it's own pool, One King, Queen and  Twin bedded rooms each with cable television. Spacious living area and dining area. Breakfast area also in the kitchen. A separate "den" allows children to entertain themselves with Cable tv, Dvd, PS2 and board games. High speed internet access available.  All modern conveniences throughout together with several small "extras" to make your holiday that little bit more comfortable. A large community pool, floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volley ball courts and play area available for use by our guests.
